Hi, my name is Dove and I am a Gottman Level 1 and 2 Certified Couples and Family therapist. I am here to help you identify problems in the relationship, give you hands-on strategies to try out at home, and ultimately help you find your way back to each other—or to the place that you need to be.

 

I also work with individuals. I specialize in minority populations (including racial and sexual minorities), reproductive and hormonal health concerns (including infertility, perimenopause, and endometriosis), and chronic pain. 

 

I utilize a combined psychodynamic + CBT approach to help clients find the root causes of various issues,  understand themselves better, and to provide them with the tools they need to make real changes in their lives. Just know, I see you. And I am here to help.
